Changes for Consitstency:

• Updated According with Custom CSS

• Centered text

• Fixed section dividers

• Updated color palletes between English and Spanish sites to match

• Fixed alignment issues with Books/Magazines list

• Updated mobile sites to match

• Updated visual hierarchy to better differentiate headings, paragraph content, and links

Made Alternate language sites more prominent

Updated header links

Updated header style so the site does not look so dark and somber

Reorganized Footer links for legibility

Next Goals:

• Adding hover functionality to Links

• Making headers match

• Follow up on sections missing from English website
